With AQUA’S annual service agreement, you can get a 10% discount on the service that will keep your home’s plumbing and air conditioner in top working order. Less wasted water and energy means more money saved and a better environment. Also a well maintained unit runs more efficiently extending the life of your HVAC unit and lessens the likelihood of costly repairs. And with three service plans available AQUA has a money-saving maintenance service agreement to fit every need and budget.

It’s YOUR INSURANCE against breakdowns and repairs to the working parts inside your home.
For one modest annual premium, Aqua Plumbing & Air will provide parts, labor, service calls and repairs at no further cost to you for:

- ALL MAJOR DOMESTIC APPLIANCES
- TYPICAL ELECTRICAL NEEDS

Q. WHAT IS THE ANNUAL PREMIUM COST?
A. It depends on the age of your Air Conditioner ... and how many appliances you wish to include for no-charge repairs, parts, labor and service calls.
THERE ARE 3 BASIC PLANS AVAILABLE
Plan A:
Includes only your A/C-Heat pump but features unlimited service calls and unlimited free parts replacement and labor. All makes and models. This is our minimum Home Protection Plan and it also includes BONUS No. 1.
Plan B:
Has everything in PLAN "A" plus it includes your refrigerator, oven/range, and water heater. Includes BONUS No. 1 and covers all makes and models.
Plan C:
Our most popular plan... Includes everything in Plans A&B, plus it includes your dishwasher, disposer, washer & dryer, ice maker, ice/water dispenser, microwave oven and normal electrical needs (outlets, switches, breakers, ballasts), with never a charge for parts, labor, or service calls as often as needed. Includes BONUS No. 1 and BONUS No. 2.
FOR A PREMIUM RATE QUOTE, FILL-IN THE ESTIMATED AGE OF YOUR AIR CONDITIONER AND THE TYPE OF PLAN YOU PREFER!
Our technician will contact you to verify this age date (he'll find it inside your A/C) and answer any questions about the type of plan you may wish to select.
BONUS #1:
We'll recondition and tune-up your A/C - Heat Pump TWICE A YEAR at no extra charge. This will keep your A/C/ operating at peak efficiency, saving you enough in electric bills to pay for most or all of your Home Comfort Protection Plan premium.
BONUS #2:
25% off the cost of any plumbing service or repairs: Drain unclogging, running toilets, faucet drips, etc. No limit to the number of discounts you can receive. Available with PLAN "C" only (see plans below).
